Our Make it Right policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we will find a way to make it right for you.  

In the very unlikely event (it hasn't happened yet!) that the mechanism fails within 1 year of purchase, we will replace your purchase with an item of equal or greater value*.  Each item we make is unique, and we want you to enjoy any replacement just as much as your original, so we will work with you to find a replacement that will make you happy.

*Excluded:  Failure or damage due to abuse/negligence/physical impacts.
